Due - Reminders & Timers App Reviews

Ever since getting the upgrade for the Due app, my daily reminders are starting to disappear altogether. They are not even in the logged history. And there is no cloud backup either of the data before the upgrade. I have no idea what other reminders are missing!!! Major problem!

Great productivity app.

Love it and us it every day. I am diabetic and have to take a certain type of insulin twice a day and was able to set reminder twice a day and now never forget. It works great and the notification hounds me until I click I have completed the task. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!! UPDATE: Still the best app reminder I have found. Use it for everything to help me remember. GET IT IF YOU NEED A REMINDER APP EVEN IF OT COST YOU WILL BE WORTH IT AND I DONT SAY THIS OFTEN ABOUT APPS.

Love the simplicity of the app and the ability to jot reminders down quickly and apply a good time for those reminders. The timer feature is useless to me and I wish there was a location based option so I could be reminded about something via location as opposed to time. Also doesnt work well with new Siri reminders like when you ask Siri to "remind me about this.." While looking at an email or note because it pulls that reminder from the reminders app and that reminder is no longer linked to that specific app.

Another app that was great and was ruined by stupid updates that added no features except complications. Now when I mark a monthly thing as done... where does it go?

Hands-down the fastest responsive task app out there. Love the ability to import from reminders in iPhone. This is a great flexible option. It is simple to use and it ensures that you get the things you need done done and doesnt allow you to procrastinate. The iwatch app is excellent. Provides a lot of room to read the task. Executes quickly. Nicely done, thank you!

auto snooze really sets this app apart from the others, easy to use and set your own time shortcuts makes a lot of difference.. so simple yet so powerful. would give 5 stars if theres a collapse function for future reminders so that we dont have to keep staring at it everyday

I used this app religiously until recently. All my reminders disappeared and will not restore from iCloud. Absolutely 0 documentation on this can be found on the developers website and they wont respond to numerous emails begging for help. What a disappointment! Guess Ill know better next time - shouldnt have trusted a 3rd party app with such important data...

Dues alerts dont sound on my iPhone if I have "Do Not Disturb" set to ring only for phone calls from Family or Favorites. Apples clock does make proper sounds when "Do Not Disturb" is on, so there ought to be some way for Due to do the same. I wrote to developer to ask but have not received a response. Unfortunately, there are many times that I dont want to be disturbed by my phone but need to be alerted by timers and alarms.

Used it for years and loved it, then it started clearing all my reminders and reloading like it was brand new app. Throwing it away- Im done. Its lost so many of my important reminders so many times, its worthless to me as it is totally undependable.

Hands down one of the BEST reminder apps out there! This is by far the longest Ive consistently used any app on my iPhone. Such a great tool to help you get important things done. I love it. You will too.

I use this app for everything! Every couple months it "restarts" and acts like its the first time Ive downloaded the app, thus, deleting all of my notifications! Annoying

This is thee best reminders app out there. This has daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reminders. Just get it.

This is the best reminder Ive had, and Ive had a few. It has an easy learning curb, great options, is simple and clean. Would like more alarms, but still great.

There is a lot to like about this app, and some stuff to not like. The incessant reminders really work for me. I never feel inclined to "cheat" by turning off a notification before the item is completed. That alone is worth the price of admission. I love the range of notification sounds, and the interface is handsome and clean (thank you, god). Unfortunately it takes more than intuition to figure out this app. There a lot settings that require a fair amount of trial and error. Some of the terms in the settings are confusing. For example, is a notification the same as a reminder? I dont like that there isnt a way to be notified ahead of an event, task, etc. What bothers me the most is that the app doesnt sync my devices well. If I delete a to-do on my iPhone, it doesnt get synced to my iPad until I open the tablet and manually sync it. So even though I mark an item done on the phone, I still get annoying notifications on the iPad. Im using iCloud and Box for syncing purposes. While I want the screen to remain beautifully minimalist, itd help to have a calendar to look at. The bottom line is that I like this app, and its helped me be more productive. Hopefully, the deficiencies will be worked out soon. UPDATE (4/26/16) I deleted this app from my tablet, and my phone is next. I could no longer take that Due didnt sync on my devices until I manually opened each of them. Also, using the notification screen functions sometimes worked and sometimes didnt. I discovered that I can put as many event notifications as I want into Calendar 5 so that will replace this. The C5 reminder concept is similar to Dues so its easy for me to move on.

Ive been using Due for several months, and really liked it. It helped me remember daily medications and things that happened less frequently, like giving my dog his monthly preventives. However, it just notified me of a regular occurrence, but when I went into the app to mark it complete, it acted as if I were a brand new user, and walked me through the tutorial. Now it shows that I have no reminders set! This really upsets me, because I actually had between 10-15 recurring reminders programmed in there. Because all of these events happen at uneven intervals, I dont even remember when I had everything set for. Extremely disappointed...

They never respond to anything. I have tried to reach them several times I the last 6 months. Even though I have paid for the upgrades...still NO SUPPORT. App occasionally crashes and you lose all your reminders. No explanation as to why, and why iCloud backup doesnt work.
